Sootheful
Privacy notice
Last updated 2 October 2026
Sootheful is run by Susannah Saunders in London. This notice explains what personal information this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- If you sign up for updates and the 14-day free trial: your email address and the plan you’re interested in.
- If you ask for the free audio: your first name if you give it, your email address, and whether you’d like Sootheful updates.
- If you send us a message or an enquiry: your name, email address and message, and, if you give them, your organisation, your role and the number of people in your organisation.
- If you email us: your email address and what you write.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It keeps one small note in your browser to remember that you’ve seen the free audio offer, so it isn’t shown to you again for 30 days. The note stays on your device and isn’t sent to us.
Why we use it
- Updates: to keep you up to date with Sootheful’s latest news, including when your 14-day free trial is ready. We rely on your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Free audio: to give you the audio. We’ll only send you Sootheful updates if you tick the box to say you’d like them.
- Messages and enquiries: to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering questions about Sootheful.
Who handles it
The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and may process them outside the UK, including in the United States. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep messages and enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your question.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe at any time. To do this, email hello@sootheful.com.
If you’re unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
